<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a correct object image and speedily specify a shielding elimination point of time by detecting the parting of a detection movement area, deformation due to a shadow, mutual shielding by moving bodies, and the elimination of the shielding when a moving body is detected by a monitor device, etc. SOLUTION: A movement area binary image is obtained by a sampling means 101 and a movement area detecting means 102 and labeled by a movement area correspondence means 103 to hold information on an overlap of labels of two successive frames as a graph, and on the basis of this graph, labels are grouped in the forward direction of the time base and in the opposite direction of the time base to extract the correct object body image irrelevantly to the parting, merging, and separation of the movement area.</p> |
