PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a password number from being read by others in accordance with the positions of fingers for password number input by changing the arrangement of keys for password number displayed on an input means at each time of the use. SOLUTION: A CPU 13 reads in a password number key arrangement program stored in a hard disk 17.
