PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate waste toner without using a cleaning mechanism and a scattering roller. SOLUTION: Only DC voltage of -1200V is applied to a charging brush roller 2 at cleaning processing, so that a photosensitive drum 1 is charged at -600V and toner stuck on the charging brush roller 2 is stuck on the photosensitive drum 1. Voltage of +320V is applied to a developing roller 3, and the voltage of +420V is applied to a supply roller 4, so that the toner stuck on the photosensitive drum 1 is stuck on the developing roller 3 and the toner stuck on the developing roller 3 is stuck on the supply roller 4. The voltage of -1000V is applied to a transfer roller 5, so that the toner stuck on the photosensitive drum 1 is prevented from sticking on the transfer roller 5. |
