PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly prepare the operation list screens of respective individuals, to refer to the required operation list screen and to quite obviously recognize the job contents of the respective individuals. SOLUTION: This project management assisting device is provided with an input device 12 for inputting operation information required for the operation of a project, an operation list preparation means 1 for receiving the operation information inputted from the input device, preparing the operation list screen of a highest level, successively reflecting the operation information written on the operation list screen of the highest level onto the operation list screens of lower levels, receiving the operation information from the input device, adding it to the operation list screens of the respective levels and preparing the operation list screens for the respective individual at the lowest level and an information management means 3 for registering the prepared operation list screens of the respective levels in a data base 2, appropriately reading the operation list screens of the respective levels from the data base and displaying them. |
