PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute quick and sure approval and circulation without making user spend a great deal of labor and time. SOLUTION: In an electronic mail system provided with plural client terminals 100, a server 200 and a communication network 300, each terminal 100 is provided with a schedule registration request means 101 for transmitting its own schedule to the server 200, an approval request means 102 for transmitting an approval/circulation object message, an approval/circulation destination, a delivery order, a time limit and a substitution destination, etc., to the server 200 and an approval execution means 101 for receiving the approval/circulation object message from the server 200, adding a processing result and returning it. The server 200 is provided with a schedule registration means 201 for registering the schedules from the respective terminals 100 and an approval processing means 202 for comparing the respective time limits specified in approval/circulation requests from the respective terminals 100 with the already registered schedules, selecting the approval/circulation destination or the substitution destination, requesting the approval/circulation and further executing the progress management and result report of the propriety of the end of the approval/circulation within the time limit. |
