PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standing lamp the installation place of which can easily be found out by a user at a power failure during the night. SOLUTION: Contacts 10 to be brought into contact with the battery terminals are provided on a protrusion on a hold base 1 which makes a battery contained in a portable lamp 2 open between its terminals so as to turn off the same. A control portion 9 operating by electric power fed through the contacts 10 and flashing the portable lamp 2 is contained in the hold base 1. |
