PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to safely transport photosensitive plates without bringing the photosensitive plates or transporting mechanisms, etc., into contact with the human body, etc., during automatic transportation by providing the automatic supplying device with the photosensitive plates placed on a platen and a freely openable and closable cover for covering the entire part of an ejecting mechanism part for taking out the photosensitive plates. SOLUTION: Plural sheets of the photosensitive plates varying in sizes are placed on the platen 1. The platen 1 is fixed to the prescribed position in proximity to a transporting device 2 on the photosensitive plate side. The opening/closing cover 4 which is freely turnably and journaled on both side plates 4a of the transporting device 2 and which is held slightly open is closed by operating a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder so that the front end part of the opening/closing cover 4 covers the platen 1. Since the side plates 4 overhang to both sides as well, the effect of sucking the photosensitive plates by suction cups, etc., is smoothly effected without being hindered and the sucked photosensitive plates are protected by the opening/closing cover 4. The photosensitive plates are thus safely supplied to a processing tank without contact with the human body. |
