ASSEMBLY OF SILVER HALIDE PHOTOGRAPHING SENSITIVE MATERIAL AND RADIATION-SENSITIZED SCREEN AND PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assemble of silver halide photographic sensitive material and radiation-sensitized screens which has high sensitivity and high sharpness and with which ultra-rapid processing is possible and a method for processing the same. SOLUTION: (1) This assembly for forming radiation images consists of a photographing sensitive material having silver halide emulsion layers on both surfaces of a base and two sheets of the radiation-sensitized screens respectively arranged on the front side and rear side of the photographing sensitive material. The one radiation-sensitized screen has a fluorescent layer formed by dispersing and incorporating phosphors into a binder contg. a polyurethane resin and the other one photosensitive layer has the same wavelength as the main light emission peak wavelength of the radiation-sensitized screens and has the sensitivity at which the density obtd. after exposing with monochromatic light having a half-width value of 15±5nm followed by development processing attains a specified value. In addition, the crossover light of this assembly is 5 to 15%. (2) This method comprises processing the photographing sensitive material in the assembly for the total processing time of <=35 seconds after the radiation exposure of the assembly.
