PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide demodulation device which receives a signal whose carrier component is suppressed and whose orthogonal amplitude in modulated, can precisely detect a transmission symbol from the signal and in which time required for the completion of a reception state from the start of reception is short. SOLUTION: A control part 31 obtains a tap gain Wn and a phase control signal θk based on a condition that the average power of the transmission symbol As and a reception signal Yk ' is equal. A signal which is synchronism- detected by a filter 32 is multiplied by the tap gain Wn , and the multiplied signal Zk is multiplied by exp(jθk ) outputted from a phase control 33 is a multiplication circuit 34 based on the phase control signal θk obtained by the control part 31. Then, a pulse waveform distortion included in the signal which is synchronism-detected is removed. A detection part 35 detects the transmission symbol As from Zk ' being the output of the multiplication circuit 34. |
