The complex press consists of five co-operated basic functional parts: the worm wheel (1, 2) of variable or fixed diameter, constant screw, parallelogram side elevation (profile) wings. The chain indented mechanism (3) which consists of two different kinds of parallel teeth, the first of stable (5) and the second of driven height (6), which are supported on the worm wheel (1, 2), having as a result the tightness of the air-gap between the wings, without allowing the retrogression or the exit of the material. The shell (8) of the worm wheel (1, 2) which since its construction comprises a filter, too, also consists of two sections; the first is open from above so that the mechanism (3) can be supported and can pass through, while at the second section (10) the mechanism passes through it. The shell (8) has the advantage to realize with the help of regulating springs (11) a controlled - parallel to the shaft - displacement, so that the compression stability can be controlled regardless of the mixtures's quantity. With the co-operation of all above we achieve the constant increased preselected compression of the processed mixture inside the shell (8) (with the simultaneous achievement of the necessary tightness), having as the final result the gradual separation of solids - liquids. The end part of the shell (10) at which there is a mechanism (13) regulated by springs which prearranges the final compression of the mixture before its exit (4). Last, the container (liquid gathering) (30) in which are thrown the produced liquids from the press. Because of the liquids' different specific weight and the help of the level electrodes (32) the created oil layer overflows and is driven to another section of the container (33) in which there are revolving disks made of stainless steel (35); the oil is adhered on the disks, it is carried away and it is carried, clean by then, to a third section of the container.
