The object of the invention is a ventilation system which is intended for the sauna and is attached to the sauna stove 1 as part of the stove. The ventilation system incorporates, according to requirement, heat recovery elements 4, intake air, recirculated air and waste air ducts with valves 16 and 21, waste air and intake air fans 17, intake air humidification and mixing systems 19 and 20, systems for the removal of condensation water 12 and 14 and humidity detector apparatus 15 with drive device 3.
