FIELD: medicine, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves extraction, purification and drying the end product. Native sapropel is used as raw without any preliminary treatment. Sapropel is infused and extract is prepared using three-fold volume of 0.05 M ammonium solution. Extract is concentrated by evaporation by 80-100-fold, exposed at -15 C for 24 h, insoluble particles were removed by centrifugation at 3000-4000g followed by dialysis through cellophane T-100 against 200-fold distilled water volume. Nondialyzed fraction is evaporated to dryness and the end product is obtained as light-brown, good water-soluble powder. The end product is anticoagulating agent, its activity is 95 ± 3 U (EA)/1 mg dry matter. The yield of product is 8000-10000 EA/kg sapropel. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, increased yield. |
