FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves camphor dissolving in acetic anhydride at ratio of components, weight p. p. = (1:1)-(1:2.5), its sulfonation, separation of crystals from mother liquor, product washing followed by drying and additional recrystallization of product from acetic acid. Camphor is dissolved in mixture of acetic anhydride and sulfonating mother liquor at ratio of components, weight p. p. = (1:1: 0.1)-(1: 2:4). Use of racemic d,l=camphor ensures to decrease the production cost by 5-10-fold, to increase the yield of ready product by 1.5-fold, to decrease consumption coefficients by 9-42%, and to improve ecology. Synthesized sulfocampho acid is used for synthesis of drugs. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis, increased yield and quality of product. 3 cl, 1 tbl |
