METHOD OF TREATING TUMOR-LIKE BONE DISEASE

FIELD: orthopedics and oncology. SUBSTANCE: tumor-like bone disease is treated by aid of compression-distraction apparatus using sound mother bone transplant taken from the region of affection locality. Transplant is formed from cortical bone wall on the extension corresponding to length of affected place. Pathologically changed tissues are resected, whereupon transplant is turned over and immersed with its outer surface into cavity to reach full contact with its inner wall. The place is finally fixed with apparatus. EFFECT: improved treatment procedure.
