FIELD: oncology. SUBSTANCE: invention may be applied in combined (chemoradiation and operative) treatment of uterine body, uterine neck, mammary gland, stomach and other localizations. Combined treatment is coupled with correction of desynchronization in brain resulting in improvement of immediate results of treatment, normalization of leukocyte number and percentage of lymphocytes in leukogram as well as reduced indications of intoxication. Before the beginning of chemoradiation therapy and 7 days before operation as well as during the all course of any special antitumor treatment, patients are subjected daily, between 9 and 22 h in the morning, to magnetotherapy procedure consisting in successively magnetizing head in the back region on the level of imaginary line led between auditory openings - in females from the right and in males from the left from middle line. Magnetization is carried out successively using three frequencies from most often assimilated ones and their aliquots. Namely: (I) in the first day and all uneven days 0.03, 0.3, and 3 Hz, the second day and all even days 0.09, 0.9, and 9 Hz; (II) in the first day and all uneven days 0.05, 0.5, and 5 Hz, the second day and all even days 0.08, 0.8, and 8 Hz. Exposition time for hundredth parts of Hertz is 5 min, for tenth parts and whole numbers of Hertz 1 min - on the whole 7 min. Magnetic induction value is varied exponentially in the mode: 5, 3.5, 2.5, 1.8, 1.3, 0.9, and 0.6 mT and, later, this sequence is repeated to the end of treatment. If individual determination from electroencephalogram of assimilable rhythms in 3-10 Hz range is possible, all assimilable rhythms are taken. If not, mode (I) is used. EFFECT: improved immediate therapeutic result. |
