METHOD OF MICROSURGICAL PLASTICS OF COMBINED DEFECTS OF PHARYNX IN ONCOLOGIC PATIENTS

FIELD: reconstructive surgery. SUBSTANCE: in order to increase efficiency of technique of microsurgery plastics of combined defects of pharynx with of expressed cicatrix and irradiation-caused changes in soft tissue of neck, gastro-omentum flap with long vascular leg and 2/3 portion of great omentum are applied. Revascularization of autotransplant is performed at a distance from defect by way of anastomosis of right gastro-omentum vessels and inner thoracic vessels. EFFECT: achieved required and sufficient spatial orientation of flap on defect with reliable coverage of cicatrices with omentum.
