FIELD: mechanized tools for cutting off of contact-line supporting structures on electrified railroads, and also applicable in construction, for instance, for cutting of piles. SUBSTANCE: the offered device has clamp with set screw 2 and clamping screw 3 for device fastening to pole support 4, carriage 5 having rollers 5 and carrying motor 7 with cutting tool 8. Carriage 5 is installed for moving cutting tool 8 round axis of pole support over the guides mounted on the clamp and also in radial direction. Clamp consists of half-clamps interconnected with their one end detachably, and with their other end, by means of hinge 10. Guides 11 for rollers 6 are mounted, respectively, on the upper and lower surfaces of clamp. Carriage 5 is formed by lever 13, tie rod 14 and transverse member 15 connecting ends of lever 13 and tie rod 14 facing the clamp. Ends to those of lever 13 and tie rod 14 are interconnected by vertical bushing 16 through which bar with handles 18 for operator is passed and fixed in height. End of lever 13 facing the clamp is connected by means of hinge 2 to transverse member 15. Tie rod 14 is made of the end facing the clamp with longitudinal slot for feed regulation of cutting tool 8. Installed in the slot is clamping member 22 for fixing tie rod 14 relative to transverse member 15 and cutting tool 8 relative to pole support 4. Axles of rollers 6 of carriage 5 are located in upper and lower bushings attached to transverse member 15. Lower bushings are eccentric with retainers of their positions.
