FIELD: radio engineering, applicable for reception of signals and separation of angular information in airborne amplitude summary-differential monopulse tracking radars with intrapulse phase-shift keying of sounding signals by a binary multidigit code. SUBSTANCE: integration of the summary signal with azimuth and elevation differential signals is accomplished in radio frequency alternately with repetition period of sounding pulses by changing the phase of the differential signal and its subsequent summation with the summary signal. The phase change of the differential signal is provided in such a way that at each time moment its phase with respect to the phase of the summary signal would be 90-deg out of phase. Separation of frequency-translated and amplified signals is accomplished in quadrature channels of summary and differential signals. To this end, in quadrature channels intended for separation of the summary signal use is made of orthogonal harmonic reference voltages, and in quadrature channels intended for separation of the differential signal - orthogonal reference voltages with a phase changed in accordance with the code of phase-shift keying in step with the change of the phase of the differential signal at the system input. Direct components conditioned by ignorance of the initial phase of the received signal and cross coupling of channels are suppressed by blocking capacitors. Separated quadrature components of signals with phase-shift keying at a video frequency are converter into a numeric code, processed in numerical compression filters and used for separation of angular error signals, which alternately (in step with connection of differential signals for integration with the summary signal at the system input) are applied to the respective target angular tracking channels.
