The pair of trousers has a pair of leg portions each having towards a lower end a formation 17 for retentiion by a cooperating formation 18 provided on one of the boots such that a waterproof seal is formed. The cooperating portion on each boot comprises a collar 14 having an inner portion and an outer portion 16 which is movable between an open position and a gripping postition in which it engages the rib on the leg portion and presses the leg portions against the inner portion of the collar. |
