Ins-(OPO3RR')x (I) R, R' = H or a phosphoric-acid-protecting gp., pref benzyl, tert. butyl or methyl; x = phosphorylation deg., with x = 1 to the number of reactive OH gps.; Ins = insulin deriv. in the widest sense, including natural or non-natural derivs. with protective gps. or amino acid substitutions in various positions, insulin derivs. with shortened, lengthened or bonded chains, or individual chains or part sequency of these insulins. Also claimed is a pharmaceutical contg. (I).
