A signal converter(24) converts the pulse signal of a lift coefficient detector(22) and the high level rising and falling point detecting signal into a digital typed data signal. A display control port(26) receives the pulse signal from a pulse generator(48) thru a signal converter(24) and calculates the pulse and after receiving the rising and falling point detection signal, recognizing that a table(4) is rising, outputs the control data signal so the lift coefficient may rise up to the proportion of the computed pulse.
