Pumps(3) and a flow meter(4) are secured in the tank(1) storing the fuel antifreeze and in the tank(2) storing the distillation water respectively. A storing tank(6) communicates through the first pipe(5) to the pump(3)(4) and which is connected with the antifreeze inlet line by means of the second pipe(7). The water pump(2) is also connected with the antifreeze inlet line by means of the third pipe(8). In the such structure antifreeze of the storing tank(6) is supplied through the second pipe(7) to the antifreeze inlet line so that antifreeze is stored in the radiator not more desired amount than the storable capacity of the radiator. And distillation water is supplied from the water tank(2) through the third pipe(8) to the radiator. Therefrom antifreeze and distillation water and the remaining water of the radiator or the cylinder block are mixed each other to keep the suitable level of the antifreeze.
