The temporal tracking determines in each image the co-ordinates of the barycentre of the moving points that represent the moving object. A translation vector of the barycentre is computed between the two images immediately preceding the image under consideration.The co-ordinates of the centre of the prediction window are computed as a function of the co-ordinates of the centre of the preceding image window, and as a function of the translation between the two images preceding the current image. The co- ordinates of the centre of the tracking window are taken as the co-ordinates of the tracking window, of the barycentre of the object, or the mean of these two.
