Bit line sensing circuit of semiconductor IC consists of p-type switching transistor of which channel is firmed between the common connecting node of two NMOS transistors(9,18) and the grounding voltage node, which inputs the first sensing control signal to gate, n-type switching transistor of which channel is formed between common connecting node(16) of two PMOS transistors(8,20) and source voltage terminal(Vcc), which inputs the second sensing control signal to gate, the first transistor for restoration which responses to the control input of the first cell data restoration signal and is formed between common connecting node of two NMOS transistor and grounding voltage terminal, the second transistor for restoration which responses to the control input of the second cell data restoration signal and is formed between the common connecting node of two PMOS transistor(8,20) and the source voltage node.
