Compounds represented by general formula (I) and a pesticide containing the same as the active ingredient, wherein R represents optionally substituted alkyl; Y represents optionally substituted amino; Z represents oxygen or sulfur; Q represents -O-CR<1>R<2>-Ar or -N=CR<3>R<4>; and U represents hydrogen, halogeno, optionally substituted alkyl or optionally substituted hydroxy.
