The logic device (10), driven by the controllable signal buffer (32), has adjustable setting and holding time characteristics. The input buffer has a controllable signal filter (30) forming the input signal amplitude. The input signal filter has at least one control signal input (34) which so controls the amplitude forming characteristic of the signal filter that a common setting and holding time characteristic of the logic device is adjusted to a preset value.
