The wheels are fitted at an angle of up to 45 deg . In cornering, wheels mounted in this way, when they are on the outside of the corner, transmit part of the centrifugal force onto the road surface and thus give a better grip of the vehicle on the road surface. The running surface of the wheel is levelled up to provide full contact with the road surface. The vector of the centrifugal force is not directed towards the road from the inside of the corner, but is partly diverted to the road surface to improve the road holding.
