Reinforcing device for buildings especially for steel-concrete ceilings

The reinforcing device has two main parts, an anchor part and a harness part, both of which extend from a different plate element. The two parts can be fixed together, so that a tensile force will transfer between the two plates which are arranged above and below the building structure. The two main parts are configured so that they can be screwed together. The first main part may be formed as a screw attached to a plate, or as a pipe with an external thread. The anchoring plate has ribs and grooves which prevent it from turning.
