FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic system consists of two independent subsystems: running gear system 2 and working member system 12. Running gear system contains hydraulic tank 1, variable-capacity hydraulic pump 4 consisting of make-up pump 5 and hydraulic distributor 6, vent line 7 which is used to connect hydraulic motor 8 and hydraulic pump 4 with hydraulic tank 1. Hydraulic motor 8 is connected with pump 4 by means of oil lines 9 and 10. Hydraulic system of working members contains hydraulic tank 11, hydraulic pump 14 whose delivery line 17 is provided with two-position spool valve hydraulic distributor 21. Running gear hydraulic system is provided with two-position spool valve hydraulic distributor 22 which connects make-up hydraulic pump 5 and vent hydraulic line 7 of running gear system with hydraulic tank 1 when it is in initial position 23 and suction line 25 of make-up hydraulic pump 5 with vent line and control line 26 of pump 4 with hydraulic tank 1 when it is in operating position 24. Hydraulic line 27 is provided with normally-closed solenoid valve 28; end chambers of hydraulic distributor 22 are connected in parallel with hydraulic line 27, throttle valve 29 being fitted between points of connection of hydraulic distributor. Normally-closed solenoid valve 32 is connected in hydraulic line 30. End chambers of hydraulic distributor 21 are connected in parallel with line 30, throttle valve 33 being fitted between points of connection. EFFECT: reduction of looses of working fluid in an emergency in case of leakage of oil lines. 1 dwg |
