Carpet-type herbaceous plant is raised by the following method. (a) Lay opaque plastic film with manifold drainage holes on the flat surface. And lay the mixture composed of fertilizer, soil neutralizer, herbaceous plant seed and culture plate particle with the maximum length of particle of 0.5mm~10mm at the thickness of 1cm~3cm. (b) Cover with cap of over 30% permeability and good ventilation, fix with fixing device, germinate and bring up it.
