Laminated glazing consisting of at least two glass sheets, and a method for making same, are disclosed. Said glazing (1) is characterised in that the glass sheets (2, 3) are strengthened and in that at least two glass sheets are separated by an intermediate silicone layer (4). The use of said glazing as a window for an enclosure in which high pressure and/or temperature and/or humidity conditions prevail, as well as the mounting of said window, are also disclosed.
