The artificial culture soil manufacturing method for pot-planting is comprised of mixing yellow soil and combustible fiber at ratio of 9:1, respectively; inserting the mixture into a kneading-compressing tub(1) and kneading it forcibly in an interior of an extruding tub by means of a kneading protuberance(4) formed in a rotation shaft and a transferring screw(5) to transfer to an exit; having the kneaded material combined selectively with an extruding plate(6) where a plurality of extrusion cavities(6a) is formed in the exit; cutting off the extruded material as much as predetermined length with a rotating cutter(7) in an outer surface to form a predetermined particle; transferring the formed particle by means of a conveyer belt(11) to be processed.
