FIELD: orthopedic stomatology. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at retention of height of initial bite and prevention of arising pathological changes in mandibular joints and further loosening of prepared mobile teeth. Invention consists in that, in a method involving preparing teeth and covering them with temporary prosthesis, preparation of teeth is performed with retaining two pairs of antagonists and immediate prosthesis of fast- hardening plastics is used followed by preparing teeth antagonists and supplementing immediate prosthesis in the region of newly prepared teeth. EFFECT: improved quality and reliability of prosthetics. |
