An apparatus for synchronizing frame/bust and detecting an channel error using a cyclic code increases a scope of detecting bit slim comparing with a conventional art and composes the system more simply. The apparatus for synchronizing frame/bust and detecting an channel error using a cyclic code in which synchronization and error existence are identified from a tail syndrome to a head syndrome along a receiving order of n-k bit head block and n bit block in a receiving block having 2n-k bit.
