The device comprises the following features:- A siren or other audio emitting object and/or a radio transmitter-these objects are located in a convenient place within a motor vehicle and powered by said vehicles's battery; A connection to said vehicle's lighting system (headlights and/or hazard warning lights) and other visual display objects powered by said vehicle's battery. A panic button incorporated to activate and deactivate the above and located in a position within said vehicle such that it can be pressed easily and quickly by an occupant. The radio transmitter operates in conjunction with a time limiter such that it can only be deactivated after a specific and set time ie ten seconds.
