Fremgangsmåte og innretning for å kontrollere kvaliteten av latekser av halogenholdige vinylpolymerer

Quality control process of halogenated vinylic polymer latex during radical polymerisation in an aq. emulsion of halogenated vinyl monomers. A light beam is shone through the aq. emulsion and the light from 100-2500 nm reflected by the polymer particles in the latex are sent to a near IR spectrophotometer. The reflected light is measured at specific wavelengths within the given band and the results correlated with specific properties of the latex using correlation equations stored in the memory. The measured values are input into the memory and the controlled property is calculated. Also claimed is a device used for the claimed process.
