PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the environmental pollution through a handrail, and to prevent the indoor infection by using an antibacterial metal panel for handrail. SOLUTION: A pattern layer 14 is provided on a thermoplastic resin sheet as a printing base material 15, which is colored, by printing, and a transparent or translucent thermoplastic resin sheet 1 is laminated on the pattern layer 14 by the doubling emboss method, and a transparent OP layer 12, which includes the antibacterial agent 11, is formed on the emboss surface of the transparent or translucent thermoplastic resin sheet 13 so as to form an antibacterial decorative laminated sheet, and this antibacterial decorative laminated sheet is laminated on a metal plate 17 through the adhesive agent 16 so as to form an antibacterial metal panel 1. This antibacterial panel is bent in response to the purpose so as to manufacture an antibacterial handrail. |
