PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifoulant plate on which oily staining is sticked can be easily cleaned. SOLUTION: An antifoulant plate which is arranged on the surrounding of an apparatus which is a cause for scattering staining and receives the staining is provided. The antifoulant plate has a surface layer contg. a photo- semiconductor and the surface exhibits hydrophilic properties in accordance with photo-excitation of the photo-semiconductor. When the surface of the antifoulant plate exhibits enough hydrophilic properties, the staining sticked on the surface becomes easy to remove. |
