PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely control the concn. of gaseous carbon dioxide with good responsiveness by incorporating an oxide formed by separating a carbonate contg, alkaline-earth metal and a catalytic oxide formed from one kind among copper oxide, cerium oxide, titanium oxide and iron oxide. SOLUTION: A carbonate contg. one or plural alkaline-earth metals is decomposed to form the oxide, and the catalyst oxide is formed from one or more kinds among copper oxide, cerium oxide, titanium oxide and iron oxide and a gaseous carbon dioxide adsorbent is formed. The adsorbent is packed into reaction parts 2, 3 and 4, gaseous carbon dioxide sensors 8 and 9 are provided on the inlet side 1 and outlet side 6 of the reaction parts 2 to 4, and the temps. of the reaction parts 2 to 4 are controlled by a temp. control part 5 based on the signals from the sensors 8 and 9. Consequently, the gaseous carbon dioxide concn. is conveniently and precisely controlled with good responsiveness. |
