PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to surely and easily take a specimen by excising tissues sucked from the opening at the front end of an inside needle into the inner side thereof with the cylindrical needle tip of an outside needle and taking this tissue piece into a vacuum taking tube via the hollow hole of the inside needle by the effect of a negative pressure. SOLUTION: An inside needle sliding body 6 is rapidly advanced forward and the inside needle 2 is fired by the effect of a spring means 9 for driving the inside needle when an inside needle detaining pawl 12b is released. An outside needle detaining pawl 12a is released when the inside needle sliding body 6 comes into contact with the projection 13a of a crank mechanism 13. The outside needle sliding body 5 is then rapidly advanced forward and the outside needle 1 is fired. The needle tip at the rear end of the inside needle 2 penetrates the cap of the vacuum taking pipe 4 and the opening at the rear end near the needle tip at the rear end is exposed into the vacuum taking tube and the negative pressure of the vacuum taking pipe is transmitted to the opening at the front end of the inside needle 2. The tissues sucked from the opening at the front end of the inside needle 2 are excised by the cylindrical needle tip of the outside needle 1 and this tissue piece is taken into the vacuum taking tube 4 via the inside hole of the inside needle 2. |
