PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for taking fingerprints which takes the fingerprints in the state of a positive image with a simple operation, makes the taken fingerprints distinctly visible from the rear surface side of a base material, allows the taking of the fingerprints even when a weapon, etc., are stuck with the blood or even when the surface stuck with the fingerprints is wet and has the excellent preservable property of the taken fingerprints. SOLUTION: This sheet for taking the fingerprints is provided with a fingerprint taking layer on the surface of a base material consisting of a transparent plastic film so that the fingerprints of the positive images are visible or readable from the rear surface side of the base material. The fingerprint taking layer is composed of an under coating layer which consists of at least a binder and is formed on the base material surface and the fingerprint fixing layer formed thereon. |
