PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composite material of thermoplastic resin with fluorine resin having excellent mechanical strength, sliding property, dimensional stability and electrical characteristics. SOLUTION: This formed material of a thermoplastic resin is obtained by dispersing a finely powdered porous PTFE having <=100μm particle diameter in the formed material of the thermoplastic resin. The formed material of porous PTFE is finely powdered to have <=100μm particle diameter and the finely powdered porous PTFE is dispersed into a melted thermoplastic resin and then the resin is formed as pellets or powder shape, or the melted thermoplastic resin is impregnated into the node fibril structure of the formed material of the porous PTFE and then the formed material of the porous PTFE is finely powdered. The thermoplastic resin material for forming thus obtained, is melted by heating and then formed to a prescribed shape. |
