摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase axle load distribution of driving wheels at an empty car and the like, and damp vibration. SOLUTION: A link 45 provided on the center clamp part 22 of a laminated leaf-spring 20 is connected to a hydraulic cylinder 50. A changeover valve 72 is provided on communicating passages 70, 71 connecting together the first oil chamber 55 and the second oil chamber 56 of the hydraulic cylinder 50. The changeover valve 72 houses a damping force generating mechanism 84. When an oil pressure supply source 73 is communicated to the cylinder 50 through the changeover valve 72 and a rod 52 is moved to the extension side, the front side of the laminated leaf-spring 20 is displaced downward centering around a trunnion shaft 15, and axle load distribution of a rear front axle 30 for driving wheels is increased. When the changeover valve 72 is changed so as to communicate the first oil chamber 55 to the second oil chamber 56, the laminated leaf-spring 20 becomes in the condition capable of fluctuating vertically centering around the trunnion shaft 15, and hydraulic oil flows in the damping force generating mechanism 84 so as to damp vibration.
