<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate level adjustment in the horizontal and vertical directions by providing both a joint fixing part capable of adjusting the horizontal level of a gas meter with a gas meter connecting joint fixed, and a pipeline support part capable of adjusting the vertical level of the gas meter while abutting against the connecting pipeline of the gas meter. SOLUTION: A parallel part is formed in the center upper part by cutting out the substrate 21, while being projected out of the surface, and a joint fixing part 24 is provided for the parallel part, which is provided with slots 23 and 23 for fixing a gas meter connecting joint. Since a bolt fastening position can be adjusted by these slots 23 and 23, the horizontal level of the gas meter can thereby be adjusted at this point.
