<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an infant to sit on its seat comfortably by composing an infant chair attached to a shopping cart with a seat cushion fixed to the frame of a cart body and made of synthetic resin material, a seat back for covering a gap between side frames and a protection cover. SOLUTION: A bucket seat-like infant chair 17 attached to a shopping cart main body 1 provided with its grasping part 5 and an upper shopping cage supporting arm 10 is provided with a bucket seat like seat cushion 19 on which a side frame 18 whose both end parts project upward like being guided along the upper shopping cage supporting arm 10. And a seat back 23 for covering a gap between side frames 18, 18 and having a head rest 21 pivoted to a position shifted rather upward toward the side frame 18 by means of a pivot pin 20 is provided. And, in such a way as preventing a sitting infant 24 from falling down, an approximately T-latter like protection cover 27 composed of a vertical bar 25 and a horizontal bar 26 in a half circular shape while both of them fixed to the seat cushion 19, is provided.</p> |
