PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a backflow of oil to a high pressure port or from an actuator port surely even under the presence of a drain. SOLUTION: In a load check valve 8 inserted into a high pressure port 1, when a poppet 8a is in a backward position, a pressure inlet space 8i is formed, whereby a drop in hydraulic energizing force being imposed on a poppet rear end 8a4 due to a leakage of oil from a drain 9 is replenished.
