PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a leather-like sheet excellent in appearance, softness, drape and mechanical strength. SOLUTION: This leather-like sheet comprise a substrate layer made of a non-woven fabric of extra fine fiber bundles, impregnated with an elastic polymer, and a skin made from an elastic polymer formed at least one side on the substrate layer. The fiber bundles comprised fiber bundle (A) and fiber bundle (B), where (A) is an extra fine fiber bundle mainly containing extra fine fibers 3 having the sectional area <=4μm<2> and contains the extra fine fiber C2 having the sectional area S1 of 5-100μm<2> and satisfies L1 /L0 >=1.3 where L1 is the circumferential length of S1 and L0 is the circumference of the complete round having the sectional area S1. (B) is an extra fine fiber bundle composed only of an extra fine fiber having the sectional area <=4μm<2> .
