PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain foods, medicines, etc., for the purpose of e.g. replenishing calcium by the addition of a filter aid when a calcium source is to be dissolved with organic acid(s) to enable shortening the dissolving time of the calcium source without generating a large volume of bubbles. SOLUTION: When (A) calcium carbonate, calcium bicarbonate, seashell or coral is to be dissolved with organic acid(s) (pref. at least one kind selected from among lactic acid, acetic acid, glacial acetic acid, malic acid, citric acid, maleic acid and fumaric acid), (C) a filter aid (pref. cellulose, diatomaceous earth, perlite, activated carbon and pulverized charcoal) is added. The component C is esp. pref. cellulose 40-300μm in average fiber length or diatomaceous earth 2-12μm in average particle size. It is preferable that the amount of the component C to be added be 5-50 (esp. 7.5-30)W/W%. The treatment temperature for obtaining the aqueous calcium solution is pref. 50-90 deg.C. |
