摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a superelastic alloy excellent in workability and small in stress hysteresis compared to the conventional Ni-Ti superelastic alloy and Ni-Ti-Cu superrelastic alloy. SOLUTION: This Ni-Ti-Pd superelastic alloy material is the one having an alloy compsn. composed of, by atom, 34 to 49% Ni, 48 to 52% Ti and 3 to 14% Pd or is the one in which a part of Ni and/or Ti in the above alloy is substituted with one or >= two kinds of elements among Cr, Fe, Co, V, Mn, B, Cu, Al, Nb, W and Zr by <=2% in total, and in both, the stress hysteresis in a stress-stain curve at the time of applying stress and at the time of removing stress in the temp. range from Af to Af+5 deg.C is very small to be 50 to 150MPa.</p>
