PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the yield of an SMC molded unit. SOLUTION: This unit is molded by successively superposing and placing a resin-impregnated sheet 2 to serve as a surface layer, a first sheet material 3 having coarse meshes, a heater unit 6 in which a heater wire is fixed onto an inner lining 4 having coarse meshes, a second sheet material 7 having coarse meshes, and an SMC 8 on a bottom force 1. The tip section of the heater wire is wrapped with paper and fixed onto the external surface of the SMC 8 at that time, the tip section of the heater wire is not buried in an SMC resin due to the presence of paper and extracted easily, and the yield is improved. |
